One Marketing Request
Unity, 2025 to 2026
Senior Program Manager
One intake that adapts to what a teammate needs, so every marketing request arrives ready to act on.

Problem
Teams across Unity did not know who to contact for marketing help, so requests turned into chasing people over Slack and email to find who could do the work, then again to get the missing details.
What I did
Built the intake and automations on top of the Airtable calendar the social and blog teams already used to manage requests, giving requesters one entry point. The requester picks a service and sees only that service's mandatory fields. Requests are routed to the right team, generate working documents and shared storage, notify stakeholders, and are tracked on one dashboard.
The decision
Keep the requester's experience simple and move the complexity behind the scenes: a conditional form instead of one long form, and an improvement to the existing system instead of a replacement.
Result
- ~1,400marketing requests handled, 2025 to June 2026
Became the encouraged route for marketing requests across Unity, giving teams clear requirements, defined ownership and a shared view of demand.
